Every make and model has different requirements. We will provide you with a quote for your vehicle before we proceed with your service. During your service, if this quote changes or we discover issues which were not initially apparent, we will contact you to discuss. For some manufacturers, there is also capped price servicing. Capped price servicing means that the maximum cost of each scheduled service is capped across the dealer network, so regardless of which dealer you service with, the price will be the same. Since each service requirement is different though, the cost of each individual service will vary depending on the size of the service and the work carried out, but will still be capped across the dealer network. Yes we offer all customers a courtesy bus to assist you in where you need to go after you drop your vehicle off provided it’s within town limits. We can also arrange to pick you up once your vehicle is serviced.
