“Three years free servicing” refers to the first three scheduled services required under the vehicle manufacturer’s standard service schedule, completed within three years of the vehicle’s first registration or delivery date, whichever occurs first.
All complimentary services must be booked and completed by the Caloundra City Autos Service Department. Services completed by another dealership, service centre or repairer will not be reimbursed or credited.
The offer covers the standard scheduled service items specified by the manufacturer for the relevant service interval. It does not include additional maintenance, repairs, replacement parts, tyres, wheel alignments, batteries, accident damage, wear-and-tear items, fluids or work required due to misuse, neglect, environmental conditions or non-standard vehicle use. Any additional work will be quoted separately and requires customer approval.
The vehicle must be serviced within the manufacturer’s required time and kilometre intervals. Customers are responsible for booking each service when due. Failure to follow the manufacturer’s servicing requirements may affect eligibility for any remaining complimentary services.
The offer applies to the original purchaser and nominated vehicle only and is not transferable, redeemable for cash, exchangeable or available as a discount against the vehicle purchase price. Unused services have no cash or credit value.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with another servicing offer unless approved by Caloundra City Autos. Fleet, government, rental and wholesale purchases may be excluded.
Caloundra City Autos reserves the right to verify eligibility and amend or withdraw the promotion at any time, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
